About Dr. Gregor von Bonin
Gregor advises corporations and other investors in takeover offers and other investments in publicly listed companies as well as in cross-border private M&A transactions and global reorganisations.

Gregor has worked across many industries with particular experience in automation/manufacturing and chemicals as well as in infrastructure and real estate.
He is a native German and English speaker, conversational in French and has basic knowledge of Spanish.

- Advising Vonovia SE on its takeover offers for und business combinations with Deutsche Wohnen SE (Germany), Hembla (Sweden), Victoria Park (Sweden), BUWOG AG (Austria) and conwert Immobilien Invest SE (Austria);
- Advising Knauf on the carve out and disposal of parts of the Armstrong-ceilings business to Aurelius;
- Advising Bertelsmann/arvato on the carve out and combination of its customer relationship business with that of Saham;
- Advising Hewlett Packard on the worldwide separation into HP Inc and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
- Advising Wincor Nixdorf AG on the business combination with Diebold Inc.
- Advising IFM Investors, GDF SUEZ and CNP Assurances on their joint bid for the gas transmission operator Open Grid Europe from E.ON.
- Advising Terex on its unsolicited public offer for Demag Cranes and post-takeover integration
